Steven Pink is an experienced teacher and lecturer in English and History. He has worked across the age and ability spectrum in both the state and independent sectors, including a spell as the Headmaster of a private school in Northumberland England. Steven also worked as a PGCE lecturer at Newcastle University, helping to prepare teaching students for their life in the classroom.

Steven's main areas of interest and expertise are Medieval History, with particular emphasis on the Crusading movement and the rise of the European nation states. His specialist literary interests are the poetry and drama of the Renaissance period as well as the poetic writings of the Romantic era in England.

Steven's other great passion is sport, particularly football and boxing. He has written for Boxing News24.com.
